Flounder Bay, a gateway to the San Juan Islands is nestled between the shores of Washington Park and Deception Pass State Park on Fidalgo Island. The closest jumping off point for vessel owners to the majority of

San Juan Islands & Canadian Gulf Islands.



Division 17 is a private marina facility with 142 individually owned slips. We have four lighted gated docks with power and water at each slip. Our marina building includes a Dockmaster Office, laundry, and shower equipped restrooms.
